Trust in He who can part the Seas


When we Pray to the Father, there, and wonder of our Prayer,
Trust in the one who can part the seas and He'll be there.

Mighty is He, who placed the stars and named each one.
For, He is the Holiest of all.  He is the Father's sweet Son.

Blessed is he, who will trust in He who hung the old moon.
For, He's saying, in silent words, that he knows Jesus is coming soon.

Praises to He who was born in a stable, in a manger one night ~
'Cause He'll come again, in a cloud, and take us to Glory, out of sight.

Trust in He who taught the Elders in the Temple, one sweet day.
For, He's the one called a Savior.  It is He who chose to pay.

He astounded the Elders, as His words were wise and true.
He's waiting for the day when we say,  "My Lord, I choose you."

Trust in the one who hung on an old rugged Cross for you and me
That, one day hence, maybe we'd open wide our eyes and see ...

All the Glory of His sweet love and His holy, holy sweet grace.
Lord, I Pray, when He comes back, that I can look Him in the face ...

Not by my works, but because He died for us and all humanity,
And brought to all the world the reason for Christianity.

We'll celebrate His birthday, very soon.  Give Him your heart.
He'll give back to you His forgiveness and, from you, He'll never part.
